In part two of Dr. Bergenstal's video series on understanding your ambulatory glucose profile (AGP) report, he discusses how to use the information to help your diabetes management and where to find your AGP report on different diabetes devices

For people who use a continuous glucose monitor (CGM), the amount of glucose data that this device provides can be overwhelming – it gives you more than 288 data points every day! So how can you understand and use all of that information? The International Diabetes Center’s Ambulatory Glucose Profile (AGP) report is a standardized, single-page report included in your CGM software that is based on your last 14 days of data. It shows key measurements – including your time in range, summary glucose profile, and daily glucose graphs – that can help you manage your diabetes. Watch Dr. Bergenstal's first video on what an AGP report includes and how to optimize your CGM data.

In his second video, Dr. Bergenstal explains how to use the information gathered from your AGP report to inform your diabetes care and improve your time spent in range. He also shows where you can find your AGP report on different diabetes devices.
